Philip was planning to bicycle across the US the summer of 2023. But, in February of 2023, he was severely injured while sledding. He broke many bones and received a traumatic brain injury, or TBI.

Philip recovered quickly and almost completely. The cross country bike trip was rescheduled for this summer (2024). And, along with the trip he’s raising money for LoveYourBrain, an organization that helps people living in the aftermath of TBI.
